How do I do local Pick Up?

A.

We do local pick ups by appointment. Mostly in the evenings and weekends as that is when most people are available. Once you submit an order or contact us we will schedule a time that works for you to do the ATF paperwork and for you to make the payment. Local pick up orders do NOT need to be paid at the time of the order. Once we have the order the item is held and payment can be made once the ATF paperwork is complete. This way we know that you can legally own the firearms and you can be comfortable that the firearm is in your hands before we collect payment.

Do you accept trades?

A.

Unlike car dealers and most gun stores we do not build extra into our prices in order to trick you into thinking we are giving you more for your trade than we are.  For that reason what we offer for your trade will be the real number we are actually paying for it.  What we offer must be below what we can acquire your trade in from a distributor as a new firearm.  As is true with trade-in’s in any business you will most likely get more for you item by selling it outright but if you a set on trading it we will make you an extremely competitive offer.  There will not be any hidden numbers in your trade and the difference you pay if any will most likely beat any local gun store.  All you can do is ask and we will see what we can work out.

How do I get the advertised 3% cash discount?

In order to give our customers just another way to save money we do not include credit card fee’s into our prices.  For our many customers who pay with cash at local pickup or those who mail payment we do not feel it is fair for them to incur a credit card fee that does not apply.  For those customers who prefer the speed and convenience of credit card purchases we only charge the 3% fee that our credit card processor charges us.  All forms of payment other than credit/debit cards qualify for the 3% cash discount. For cash discount select the “cash/money order/cashiers check payment” option at the bottom of the checkout page and mail payment to the address listed.

I’ve never purchased a firearm online before, what is the process?

A.

Federal law requires us to ship all firearms to a licensed dealer in your resident state.  After you have paid for your item and advised us which local dealer you would like us to transfer it to we will make arrangements with that dealer for the transfer.  Once the firearm arrives at their location and is ready for pickup they will call you on the phone number you provided us.  The local dealer will then handle all the required federal paperwork and make sure the transaction meets all state and local laws.  Most licensed dealers will charge a fee anywhere between $15-$35 to handle the transfer.  There is way to much competition in this industry to pay any dealer more than that to handle your transfer.  If you need help finding the lowest price transfer in your area we will gladly help you find one.

What are your shipping rates?

Unless otherwise noted all firearm in your order will ship for one flat rate of $14.95.  Unlike most online dealers we take full responsibility for all lost or damaged items.  A replacement or refund will ship immediately.  You do not have to wait for the shipper to sort it out.  We will not offer free shipping and them scare you into buying insurance by making the shipping your problem like many retailers.  One flat rate, fully insured by us with immediately replacement for your entire order is our policy.

What is your return policy?

A.

We have the best return policy in the business.  We want you to be happy with your purchase and realize that in this business you can’t put your hands on the items before you buy.  For this reason any firearm that remains unfired can be exchanged or return without a restocking fee.  If it isn’t what you were expecting just contact us and we will email you a return shipping label with postage paid (no FFL required)!  Also, have you ever bought an item that didn’t work correctly straight out of the box and then had the retailer tell you that is between you and the manufacturer?  If that makes you as mad as it does us you will be glad to know that will never tell you that.  If you would happen to get a lemon we will replace it immediately with a brand new gun or refund your money, your choice.  You can enjoy the gun and we will wait the 6-8 weeks for the manufacturer to send it back fixed.  Get your local gun store to do that!

Most dealers have more policies than anyone cares to read, what are yours?

A.

Unlike most firearm dealers we have very few policies.  We will make every effort to accommodate your needs for a deal you are happy with.  A few things to know…

-Allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship

-Any denied background check that requires your money to be refunded and the firearm to be shipped back to us will result in a $50 fee.
